Payment Information:
In order to book your event signs a non- refundable deposit (more info below) and a signed rental contract is required. The deposit amount will be a percentage of the chosen signs costs. A minimum of two products is required to book JUST FREAKE'N RENT IT for your event date.
A non- refundable deposit of a quarter of the total amount is due at the time of booking; this payment is non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your items for your event day. Last three quarters needs to be paid one week before the event day, unless otherwise agreed upon. If not paid in full by the event day, Payment can be made via cash or e-transfer.
A final invoice will be distributed the day after the event. Any additional costs must be paid asap (example: damaged/ broken signs, signs not returned).
For cancellations within 3 weeks prior to the event, the entire amount of contract is still owed to JUST FREAKE'N RENT IT. For cancellations prior to one month the full contract amount is not due. Non-refundable deposits still stand as non-refundable after bookings.

Liability:
JUST FREAKE'N RENT IT promises a high quality service, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, government restrictions, transportation problems, illness, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond reasonable control. These circumstances shall not constitute grounds for a discount or refund unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to be flexible with providing alternatives where such a situation arises. JUST FREAKE'N RENT IT is not responsible for damage or loss.
Equipment:
All rented equipment and decor are the property of JUST FREAKE'N RENT IT and must remain onsite at the setup space. Please note that after 48 hours there will be an additional $5/day charge if signs are not returned. The Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misuse or damage of equipment caused by the Client or their guests. In the event the equipment is damaged, misplaced, stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).
